Javed Nadeem, P.Eng, MBA is a highly experienced professional with decades of experience in the electrical industry, specializing in electric vehicle (EV) and charging infrastructure. Currently serving as the Vice President of EV Infrastructure at Pride EV, Javed has an impressive track record of leading successful EV infrastructure projects and teams across the globe.
Javed’s extensive global experiences includes tenures with renowned companies like Siemens, Schneider, Eaton and ABB. With a background in electrical engineering and an MBA degree holder, Javed possesses a wealth of knowledge and insights into the EV industry, which he applies to create innovative and sustainable solutions.
Javed has a vested interest in promoting sustainable transportation and creating a greener future for his community. He is passionate about Pride EV’s vision of changing the North American commercial vehicle industry’s attitude towards a green and sustainable society and is thrilled to be a leading the charge in driving this transition.
Amtoj serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Pride Group Enterprises, where he assumes a pivotal role in the oversight and management of all legal affairs for the company, its subsidiaries, and affiliated entities within the United States. In addition to his primary responsibilities, Amtoj holds the esteemed Certified Information Privacy Professional/US Private Sector (CIPP/US) designation and boasts an educational background that includes graduation from Harvard’s distinguished Cybersecurity Risk Management program.
Before his tenure with Pride Group Enterprises, Amtoj distinguished himself by practicing law at a renowned AmLaw 50 firm. During this period, he expertly represented numerous Fortune 100 companies in a wide-ranging spectrum of high-stakes commercial disputes within both the California and Nevada state and federal court systems. His legal practice routinely encompassed matters spanning unfair competition, breaches of fiduciary duty, contract disputes, negligence claims, products liability cases, fraud allegations, misappropriation of trade secrets and intellectual property disputes, and other complex issues in the realms of business and real estate law.

Frederick Gareri leads the legal team at Pride Group Enterprises, managing a range of corporate legal and operational duties with precision. He provides vital legal support to the company’s growing ventures and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.

• Kav Manages and oversees complex accounting, taxation, corporate finance and financial reporting matters for Pride Group Enterprises, where he is in charge of all strategic and future-oriented decision-making as it relates to financial reporting, corporate finance, tax planning including cross-border tax planning and compliance.
• Kav provides leadership to the Financial Reporting section of the organization, including guidance to staff on accounting principles and practices and reporting processes to guide the growth of PGE.
Born in a modest Punjab village, Sam Johal learned the value of hard work from an early age while assisting his family on their dairy and agriculture farm. Despite challenges, he pursued economics studies in India before immigrating to Canada in 1993, where he faced economic hardships but persevered through physically demanding jobs.
Recognizing opportunities in the business world, Sam, along with his brothers Mark, and Jas invested in an underperforming hotel opportunity, transforming it into a profitable venture. Despite setbacks, Sam and Jas established Pride Truck Sales, which grew into North America’s largest seller of used commercial transport equipment, while Mark stayed in the hospitality game.
Sam and Jas have since grown Pride Group Enterprises to encompass a vast many industries, from truck repair, leasing and parts to logistics, Real Estate developments, factoring and so much more, the duo has created a one-stop solution for everyone within the trucking world.
